Return Policy

 Limited Edition Prints and Original Canvas Artwork

If your chosen Artwork is not what you expected and you would like to return your Limited Edition Print or your Original Canvas Artwork, simply email your request to djarlinydesigns@outlook.com.au within 7 days using Subject: Limited Edition or Original Artwork Return. Once your request is acknowledged by us via email, Djarliny Designs will arrange for the artwork to be collected from you.

Please ensure that the artwork is repackaged as it was when delivered to you. The cost of return shipping will be at cost to the purchaser and will be subtracted from the amount refunded once the artwork has been successfully returned to us. If the artwork is returned in any condition less than when it was originally sent, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund amount. 

All Limited-Edition Prints and Original Canvas Artwork purchased from the Djarliny Designs website will be shipped with insurance included. For items found to be damaged in shipment, your claim will be covered by the insurance attached to the delivery.
